Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the FlashVoyage service, including the FlashVoyage application that integrates with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads (the “Service”). The Service is operated by FlashVoyage, a publisher of French-language travel media. By accessing, using, or authorizing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• “FlashVoyage”, “we”, “us”: the publisher of flashvoyage.com and the associated social media applications.
• “Service”: the FlashVoyage website, content pipeline, and social media integrations, including the FlashVoyage TikTok application.
• “User”, “you”: the account owner who authorizes the Service to publish content on a TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or Threads account on their behalf.
• “Content”: short-form video reels, carousels, captions, and metadata produced by the FlashVoyage content pipeline.

3. Description of Service

FlashVoyage is a French-language travel media platform that produces and publishes short-form video content (“reels”), travel guides, budget comparisons, and destination content focused on Southeast Asia. The Service distributes this Content to the FlashVoyage-owned TikTok account (@flashvoyagemedia) via the TikTok Content Posting API, and to FlashVoyage-owned Meta accounts via the Meta Graph API.

4. Third-Party Integrations

4.1 TikTok

The Service integrates with TikTok through the following official TikTok for Developers products and scopes:

• Login Kit with scope user.info.basic: used once at initial authorization to verify the identity of the TikTok account owner (open ID, avatar, display name).
• Content Posting API with scopes video.publish and video.upload: used to publish video reels directly to the authorized TikTok account, or to upload content as draft for further editing.

Authentication is performed via OAuth 2.0. Only the OAuth access token is retained to enable subsequent publications. No TikTok user data beyond the initial identity verification and the authorization token is collected, stored, or shared.

4.2 Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads)

The Service integrates with Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, and Threads through the Meta Graph API, limited to content publication and basic analytics retrieval (impressions, likes, comments) on FlashVoyage-owned accounts. No third-party user data is collected.

4.3 Travelpayouts Affiliate

FlashVoyage displays affiliate links from Travelpayouts (flights, accommodation, e-SIM, activities). Clicks on affiliate links may generate commissions paid to FlashVoyage at no additional cost to the end user.

5. Data Collection and Use

The Service collects and processes the following categories of data:

• OAuth tokens and basic profile identifiers (TikTok open ID, display name, avatar URL): used solely to authenticate and publish Content on the authorized accounts.
• Video and reel metadata (title, description, thumbnail, video file, posting time): used to publish the Content and track its performance on FlashVoyage-owned accounts.
• Aggregated performance metrics (views, likes, comments, shares) retrieved from the TikTok and Meta APIs: used internally to measure content performance and refine the editorial strategy.

The Service does not collect, store, or share personal data from viewers, followers, or other third-party users of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or Threads.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• OAuth access tokens: retained for as long as the integration is active; deleted within 7 days of revocation.
• Content metadata and performance metrics: retained for up to 24 months for editorial analysis.
• Video files (source MP4s): retained in intermediate storage for up to 30 days, then deleted.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected]. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

7. User Rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French law, you have the following rights regarding your data:

• Right to access your data
• Right to rectification of inaccurate data
• Right to deletion (“right to be forgotten”)
• Right to restrict processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to object to processing
• Right to withdraw consent at any time

8. OAuth Authorization and Revocation

You may revoke the authorization granted to the FlashVoyage application at any time through the privacy settings of the respective platform:

• TikTok: Profile → Settings → Privacy → Apps that can access your TikTok account
• Facebook / Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites

Upon revocation, the Service immediately ceases to publish Content on the affected account and deletes the corresponding OAuth token within 7 days.

9. Intellectual Property

All Content produced and published by FlashVoyage (videos, carousels, text, graphics) is the intellectual property of FlashVoyage. Reproduction or redistribution without prior authorization is prohibited. Content published to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or Threads remains subject to the respective platform’s Terms of Service regarding display and distribution rights.

10. User Responsibilities

By authorizing the Service, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the rightful owner or authorized administrator of the TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or Threads account being connected; (b) you comply with the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines of each respective platform; (c) you will not use the Service to publish unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. FlashVoyage does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of performance metrics provided by third-party APIs, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlashVoyage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.

12. Modification of Terms

FlashVoyage reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on flashvoyage.com. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

Les présentes Conditions Générales d’Utilisation (les « CGU ») régissent votre utilisation du service FlashVoyage, incluant l’application FlashVoyage qui s’intègre avec TikTok, Instagram, Facebook et Threads (le « Service »). Le Service est exploité par FlashVoyage, éditeur de médias voyage francophones. En accédant au Service, en l’utilisant ou en autorisant son usage, vous acceptez d’être lié par les présentes CGU. Si vous n’êtes pas d’accord avec ces conditions, n’utilisez pas le Service.

2. Description du Service

FlashVoyage est une plateforme de médias voyage en langue française qui produit et publie des vidéos courtes (« reels »), des guides de voyage, des comparatifs de budget et du contenu sur les destinations d’Asie du Sud-Est. Le Service distribue ce contenu sur le compte TikTok officiel FlashVoyage (@flashvoyagemedia) via l’API TikTok Content Posting, et sur les comptes Meta officiels FlashVoyage via l’API Meta Graph.

3. Intégrations tierces

TikTok : l’intégration utilise Login Kit (user.info.basic) et Content Posting API (video.publish, video.upload). Authentification via OAuth 2.0. Seul le jeton d’accès OAuth est conservé pour permettre les publications ultérieures. Aucune donnée utilisateur TikTok n’est collectée au-delà de cela.

Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) : intégration limitée à la publication de contenu et la récupération de métriques de performance sur les comptes FlashVoyage.

Travelpayouts : FlashVoyage affiche des liens affiliés Travelpayouts (vols, hébergement, e-SIM, activités). Les clics peuvent générer des commissions sans surcoût pour l’utilisateur final.

4. Collecte et utilisation des données

Le Service collecte : les jetons OAuth et identifiants de profil de base, les métadonnées vidéo, et les métriques agrégées (vues, likes, commentaires, partages). Aucune donnée personnelle de spectateur, abonné ou tiers n’est collectée.

5. Conservation et suppression

Les jetons OAuth sont supprimés dans les 7 jours suivant la révocation. Les métadonnées sont conservées jusqu’à 24 mois pour analyse éditoriale. Les fichiers vidéo source sont supprimés après 30 jours.

6. Droits des utilisateurs (RGPD)

Conformément au RGPD et à la loi française, vous disposez des droits d’accès, rectification, effacement, limitation, portabilité, opposition, et retrait du consentement. Contact : [email protected].

7. Révocation de l’autorisation OAuth

Vous pouvez révoquer l’autorisation à tout moment : TikTok (Profil → Paramètres → Confidentialité → Applications), Facebook/Instagram (Paramètres → Applications et sites web). Le Service cesse immédiatement toute publication et supprime le jeton dans les 7 jours.

8. Propriété intellectuelle

Tout contenu produit et publié par FlashVoyage est la propriété intellectuelle de FlashVoyage. Toute reproduction ou redistribution sans autorisation préalable est interdite.

9. Responsabilité

Le Service est fourni « en l’état ». FlashVoyage ne garantit pas la disponibilité continue, l’exactitude des métriques fournies par les API tierces, ni l’adéquation à un usage particulier. FlashVoyage ne saurait être tenu responsable des dommages indirects, accidentels, consécutifs ou punitifs.

10. Modification des CGU

FlashVoyage se réserve le droit de modifier les CGU à tout moment. Les changements importants seront annoncés sur flashvoyage.com.

11. Droit applicable et juridiction

Les présentes CGU sont régies par le droit français. Tout litige relève de la compétence exclusive des tribunaux français compétents.
